Happy Day Hangs is our monthly gathering for adults 18+ with special needs to connect, have fun, and build community in a welcoming, inclusive space. It’s a great opportunity to make new friends, enjoy meaningful activities, and just be yourself. Come hang out with us!

About the event
May Theme: We will be decorating terracotta pots and planting sunflower seeds. After our planting project, we'll walk to Mary's Mountain Cookies for a sweet treat!
This program is designed to encourage independence and connection. Caregivers are encouraged to drop off and enjoy time away, allowing participants the opportunity to build confidence and community on their own. One caregiver may attend only if support is needed. Please note that Happy Day Plants staff and volunteers are on hand to support participants during activities, but are unable to provide personal care, medical assistance, or toileting support. Scholarships are available for anyone who needs financial support—we want this program to be accessible to everyone. Please contact hangwithus@happydayplants.org for more info.
