July Happy Day Hangs Jr.

You’re invited to join us at Happy Day Hangs Jr.—an inclusive community gathering at our shop where middle and high school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities can connect, create, and enjoy meaningful time together in a welcoming, supportive environment.

July's Theme: We're hosting an adaptive fitness class led by Kelsey with Grace & Grit @graceandgrittraining. With 10+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, Kelsey runs a sensory-safe and welcoming fitness studio in Longmont that specializes in adapted personal training. 

Tickets are $15, which helps cover materials and program costs so we can continue offering this experience long-term. Scholarships are available for anyone who needs financial support—we want this program to be accessible to everyone. Please contact hangwithus@happydayplants.org for more info.
